A New Organization for New York State Progressives
December 04, 2016. The Rockland Bern, a gathering of progressives in Rockland County NY, has now become a chapter of the New York Progressives Action Network (NYPAN.) Along with other groups from around New York State, it is our mission to carry on with Bernie’s revolution, working together to improve our communities in accordance with our values; restoring responsive democratic governance, making our society and economy more prosperous and equitable for all residents, and preserving our environment for future generations.
